Public Relations Event Photography is documentary photography at corporate or association dinners, awards, meetings, trade shows, retreats, etc.
License: Your license Includes use in internal or external web publications, newsletters and magazines. You may distribute the image to editorial magazines, trade publications, newspapers, wire services without charge to publications. You will be provided watermarked images you may use on social media sites such as Facebook and Flickr.

Archive licensing is priced per image based on a yearly license or a license for perpetual use. Discounts available for bulk licensing.
Per year: $175

Public Relations Event Photography Assignment
Assignment photography is priced based on an hourly creative fee plus use fee, post production and media costs, and delivery fees. Includes perpetual usage. Annual licensing also available. Package rates are based on fees charged when paid within 30 days of end of engagement, otherwise a 10% admin fee applies. All packages include two DVD-roms, delivered via FedEx Overnight.

Priced per images provided regardless of number used. Proper credit is required. Post production processing includes cropping, balancing images for color, light, and contrast. Image alteration is not available for public relations event photography. Rush processing is available for an additional 100% for next day (24 hours) or 200% same day (12 hours).
Administrative Fee:
10% of the invoice subtotal.
If payment is made within 30 days, this fee may be deducted. This will be in writing on the quote and invoice.
Prompt Payment Discount:
Deduct 5% of the invoice subtotal if payment is made prior to engagement.

Miscellaneous Fees and cancellations:
Setup, travel and weather days, and last-minute cancellations are subject to fees. Details are available in writing on the quote or by request. Rates do not include expenses specific to the assignment, which are rebilled as a reimbursable expense as part of your invoice (therefore itemized receipts are not necessary or available). Client shall be solely responsible for the payment of applicable sales, use, personal property, and other taxes assessed upon the billed services and expenses.
